paddle

Situated on the Gippsland Lakes and surrounded by rivers, means endless paddling options for our Sit on Top Kayaks & Stand Up Paddleboards.

Self-guided Paddling, up to 2hrs:

Paddle the Cunningham Arm (aka the front lake), which will take you under our iconic Footbridge at one end, and towards the Entrance at the other end. Beginner paddlers that prefer to keep away from other boats will prefer to head towards the Footbridge, but if you’re hoping to spot seals & dolphins, pull your vessel up on the beach just after Flagstaff Jetty and go for a short walk along the boardwalk at the Entrance channel.

Half Day (4 hours):

You can paddle from the Cunningham Arm into the North Arm of the lake (aka the back lake) to Wyanga Park Winery for lunch, or venture further upstream as the lake winds into Mississippi Creek. Want lunch? Check out our Paddle & Dine package with the winery.

Enjoy a spectacular lake paddle from the centre of Lakes Entrance to Wyanga Park Winery and return (60-90mins paddle each way). Add in a stop off to see the iconic Entrance to the lake, see if you can spot seals & dolphins.
