Winter Wines & Brews Ride
Sunday July 1st – 9.15 – 3.30pm
Ride Nicholson to Bruthen, shuttle return
Ride 25km of our picturesque Rail Trail with us this winter, from Nicholson to Bruthen, stopping in at 2 local scenic wineries & finishing at the Bullant Brewery for lunch. – BYO bike and meet at Nicholson Jetty carpark at 9.15am. (Or Hire one from Venture Out for $35).
– Venture Out Rider Shuttle return to Nicholson available from Bruthen at 3pm for $20 pp, or if you prefer the extra km’s in your legs, why not ride back? All shuttled riders returned to Nicholson by 4pm.
– This is a family friendly ride, which can be cut down to 20km if you wish. Mountain bikes, touring bikes and hybrid bikes will suit the trail best.
– BYO picnic snacks. Tastings, platters & lunch available for purchase. First Aid & mechanical support supplied.
– Event fee $10 per adult. Under 18’s’ are free. Pay in-store at Venture Out or via card over the phone.

Kids Adventures in July School Holidays
Tuesdays
* Primary Kids Scavenger Hunt Ride
9 – 10.30am
Riding up to 6km of the Lakes Entrance waterfront cycle paths,
we will be searching for clues, solving puzzles and taking funny photos!
* Teens – Learn basic bike maintenance
11am – 12pm
At the Venture Out shop – BYO bike to work on or practice on our hire bikes
Thursdays
* Primary Kids Beginner MTB Skills (ages 9-12)
9.30 – 10.30am
Meet at the Colquhoun MTB Park carpark for 5-7km of riding,
practicing skills on jumps, ramps and berms.
* Teens Beginner MTB Skills
11 – 12.30pm
Meet at the Colquhoun MTB Park carpark for 7 – 10km of riding,
practicing skills on jumps, ramps and berms.
Prices
$35 per child per session includes bike hire
$25 per child per session if BYO bike
10% off for 2 kids or 2 sessions
15% off for 3 kids or 3 sessions

1pm – 5pm
$55 for 10 uplift pass
$35 pp for 5 pass
or $9 per uplift
Bookings essential as seats are limited to 7 riders per 2hr session.
Select 1pm – 3pm or 3pm – 5pm sessions.
Pass valid for 1 rider only but can be used on multiple shuttle days.
