What is the difference between the “Power Blades” and the “Banjo Paddle”?
Do the backrests have a stiff metal frame for support?

Hi John, the power blades have a wider shaft and the blade is not curved towards the back of the boat (as it faces the back) – its just your basic kayak paddle. The banjo paddle has a slimmer shaft (more comfortable) and the blades have a curved shape to them for more efficiency in the water. We also recommend the blades with heat shrink where the hand grips, and a raised grip on the RHS to enable easier grip & twist while paddling.
